The following article by the Daily Mail raises some serious question if he had asthma since he was a boy, whether he has revealed it before to his clubs, Manchester United, Real Madrid, LA Galaxy and AC Milan and if not, whether it has impacted his game? It also raises the question of whether England manager Fabio Capello will now view Beckham differently. Also, Galaxy supporters and fans will want to know, if Beckham knew he had asthma and was short of breath during the MLS Cup final, why he didn’t request he be substituted before the half?

David Beckham and wife Victoria live their lives so keenly in the public eye, it is surely a surprise to discover that there is anything left to know about them.
But last night, Beckham’s biggest secret was revealed. The football world’s most high-profile star suffers with asthma, and has done since he was a small boy. If Beckham has had this since a young lad, I’m sure that England’s National Team and the LA Galaxy were well aware of it. This is pathetic that you guys report this a NEWS or RUMORS. There is a LARGE percentage of athletes who have asthma. You guys should really focus on bigger NEWS or RUMORS that this kind of crap. Afterall there is an expasion draft coming up, transfer season approaching, coaching changes, etc. I hope you guys can do better than this. This is not even worth reporting!

People can use inhalers and not have asthma.

This is the biggest bunch of BS/English Style Reporting I have ever witnessed. You see in England they make up the news as much as they report on it. Beckham doesn’t have Asthma, he has had Flu-like symptoms for the last couple weeks. If you rewatch the Conference Final you will see him coughing thru-out the game. Asthma pumps are bronchial dialaters and athletes use them all the time to help them get more O2 into the lungs, just like Landon Donovan using the amonia inhalantes before the match. Amonia is used to wake up drunks and people who are faking LOC. I don’t think Landon is drumk or unconsious before he plays but maybe I’m wrong.
