Fancy yourself a footballer? Got what it takes to play in MLS? Well then the Seattle Sounders may want you. It is not uncommon for MLS clubs to have open tryouts but this one has a twist. It will be filmed for a reality TV series.

Sounders FC to Host Open Tryouts in November
Winner will be awarded a roster spot on inaugural squad

Seattle Sounders FC will host open tryouts in Spokane, Tukwila and Yakima during the month of November.

The open tryouts will be filmed for a reality-TV series which will be televised in late January, 2009. A minimum of three finalists from each market will take part in a televised one-hour tryout in Seattle.

All interested participants* must register in advance at SoundersFC.com.

* Participants will be responsible for all personal expenses associated with the event, including travel, lodging, food, and soccer equipment (shoes, training gear, etc.). Participation in the event is free and eligible players must be at least 18 years old (with appropriate identification).
