Rio Tinto is a multinational mining and resources group founded originally in 1873. It is the largest coal mining company in the world.[2]
Since 1995, Rio Tinto has been a dual-listed company. Rio Tinto Limited, formerly known as Conzinc Riotinto of Australia (CRA), is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, with Rio Tinto plc (formerly RTZ) listed on the London Stock Exchange as well as New York Stock Exchange (under ticker RTP). The two companies are managed as a single economic unit by a unified board, with a share in either company entitling the owner to the same voting rights and dividend payouts. RTZ shareholders made up 76.7 percent of the new unified entity, which is primarily managed from London.
We find it interesting that a small market club like RSL could get such a big firm for stadium naming rights yet Columbus still has not.
Ha, looking at the domain name, it looks like Riot Into Stadium.
I'll be sad when Crew Stadium gets sponsored and has to change its name. I just hope it doesn't become something terrible like Pizza Hut Stadium.
For my last comment - I just randomly picked a stadium name, I didn't realize that Pizza Hut Park already existed. Unfortunate.

Columbus doesn't have a deal yet because all these companies including Reals are too small.
You have to remember that we're talking about Columbus Crew..........a MASSIVE CLUB!!!!!
I'd rather see Guillermo leave before our stadium is called Pizza Hut Park. I swear.
It would be sad that the Crew change their stadiums name. But the more teams get in the black, the more the salary cap will grow, bringing in more foreing talent.

i watched a game in Columbus... and the only thing i saw was a MASSIVE pile of crap.
Sorry, but Columbus is far from a massive club. They are a really goood club at soccer, but are one of the smallest revenue teams. They're fanbase is about average in size, but i do give them credit because they also are probably the most underated fans.
