American Soccer Reader is reporting that the reports out of Norway have the Red Bull New York player possibly headed to the Norwegian club. Should Freeman go to IK Start he will not be the lone American on the roster, nor would he even be the lone former MLS player. During the off season last winter IK Start signed another MLS player, FC Dallas's Clarence Goodson.
