Breaking News:Claudio Reyna to Retire

According to league sources Red Bull New York midfielder Claudio Reyna will be announcing his retirement. This will put an end to a dissapointing stay with New York. Reyna was never able to perform at the level that his designated player status required.

Although he leaves on a negative note, American fans should not forget the many good moments Reyna shared with American soccer during his 14 year career.

I hope that Claudio takes Arena out to dinner. Or maybe they're even after the kickback.

All due respect,

but I don't think you have league sources. If you are just reposting from Ives, please state that.

Unless you personally called someone at MLS and they gave you this information, you need to source your work. Rumor site or not.

With all due respect, while you are correct there are currently 9 different people who publish stories on this blog. Each has their own style and sources.

Im not reposting from anyone, one person does not have a monopoly on sources.

just another one of you said...

when are people going to get over this 'source' bullshit. 3 options folks:
1. Believe it
2. Don't believe it
3. Stop coming to the site

People aren't going to get over it because of the fact that it's common courtesy to site the sources that you use from the stories when they are in print on the internet. It actually gives you credibility because you get respect for actually siting them.

Totaly agree. I check this site several times a day BECAUSE ITS FUN. The biggest beat down about this side is Jounalism 101 wanna be's trying to drag it down man. It's pretty easy to follow up on stuff is you want to see if it is legit or not.
