American Soccer Reader is confirming a rumor first reported here 9 days ago, about Bolivian side, Bolivar linking up with DC United. Bolivar was one of the first clubs of DC United and Bolivian legend Marco Etcheverry. One wonders if such a partnership might bring United some better players during the summer transfer window?
