We have this report from Bolivia stating that Bolivian side Bolivar which has sought a partnership with DC United has completed the deal and will sign it on Monday. Next week should be a very busy one off the pitch for DC as they complete this agreement, announce the Volkswagen deal and perhaps scout (sign?) a player playing in the Copa Libertadores in Argentina.

Here are some translated portions of the report:

On Monday, signing an agreement with DC United, Etcheverry and Moreno will be the nexus.
While Bolivar gets ready to sign a new agreement on Monday with DC United 5, to grow institutionally, the directive and the coaching staff adjusted to their team to try to leave the streak of draws in the Apertura championship.

The co-chairman of the Academy, Marcelo Claure, will seal a new agreement (the first was with the Spanish Barcelona), this time with the U.S. club, taking as ties between the two entities football Marco Etcheverry and Jaime Moreno.

The signing will take place in Washington and will have the characteristics of institutional cooperation between the two clubs and sports.

The appointment will be Etcheverry and Moreno, who fulfilled the role of collaborators between the U.S. and Bolivian club.
