Behind
DC United's official Behind the Badge blog first reported this story, then Steve Goff at the Washington Post stated that DC United has acquired rights to the UCLA defender, best known for his acting in a music video.
Orignally drafted by Toronto FC in the 2008 MLS SuperDraft, the 22 year old, Arizona native is now on trial with the DC based club.
In case you missed our Zaher report the first time around, we have repackaged, remixed, and regifted it just for you below:

While, doing our investigation into celebrities and their MLS teams we came across the following bit of interest:
Mike Zaher, 22 year old, former UCLA Defender, currently with Toronto FC on trial at DC United was in a pop music video by Freddy Adu's former WAG (girlfriend), pop star Jojo. He features in a song and video based upon the breakup of the relationship between the young songstress and young footballer who is a former DC United midfielder currenly with Portugal's Benfica.
In fact Zaher plays the part of Adu though it is not obvious as the two look nothing alike.
Let us hope that Zaher's footballing skills are better than his acting skills.
We have included the video mentioned above, below for curiosity's sake.
In it you will find rather lame reinactments of Adu being benched by former DC United boss Pitr Nowak as well as Adu's missed penalty kick vs Argentina at the 2005 World Youth Championship.
