FIFA.com is reporting that Brazilian striker and Real Salt Lake and Colorado transfer target, Reinaldo formerly with the Queensland Roar of Australia's A-League, is heading instead to Busan I'Park of Korea's K-League after The Colorado Rapids were outbid at the last moment.

This is certainly bad news for Colorado as they were moving players to fit Reinaldo's salary in under the cap.
