According to this report in the Venezuelan press, Giovanni Red Bull manager Juan Carlos Osorio has been in Caracas, Venezuela to look at Ronald Vargas a 22 year old midfielder/forward who currently plays his club football for for Caracas FC. Vargas has been highly recommended by former NY/NJ MetroStarsSavarese. Vargas recently scored a goal against Argentine club San Lorenzo in the Copa Libertadores.
