Imitation Is the Sincerest Form of Flattery

Posted by MLSR Wednesday, March 12, 2008

Success breeds imitation.

We thought it would fun to see where www.mlsrumors.net led. While you're there check out his awesome MLS Coach Hot Seat Update. We could not have done it any better.

WVHooligan, it's nice to know you're a fan.

But if you were hoping to cyber-squat, nah, we're not buying.

That said, it's much better than this effort.

  2. A little harsh on the first one. The first one is actually pretty decent and different then yours. Talks more about teams with team previews and about the concacaf champions cup unlike this one. Also doesn't focus on what Beckham is doing in Korea clubs or if Chris Albright is in a hot tub with pink flood lights.

But, your right the second one is ridicously retarded.

  4. Fair enough, but just for the record we're fans of his blog and have read it for some time. We just found it funny that he registered that domain name and pointed at his blog

At this stage, MLS is a lot of things, it is two teams tearing down the pitch for a win, stadiums going up putting a steel and concrete dagger in the heart of the greying 'soccer hater', the transfers and rumors of transfers into and out of the league, but it is also bobbyboswell.com, chris albright and hot tubs, celebrities, circus beckham and tabloid headlines.

Believe it or not, it's all good for the game.

  7. You should just rename the site OMG! because you sound like pre-teen girls talking about guys in their underwear and who's dating who and whether Becks and Posh are happy.

You were a lot more entertaining when you made shit up.

  9. Regarding the Cubans, we suspect that at this very moment, people from Chivas USA's front office are filing discovery claims on all five with the league.

Still waiting to hear from our man in LA Chivaland who usually has the inside scoop with all things Chivas. He knew about the last Cubans that club took a look at, and we reported it here.

He also is who originally started this blog, fwiw.
