We all love MLS. But who else loves MLS?
Seeing as how the nation is now at the end of the "Awards Season" and in anticipation of this being a slow news weekend we thought we'd post the following investigation we have done into celebrities (both major and minor) and their MLS sides.
If you know of any more and can provide photographic evidence feel free to reply in the comments or email us at the address atop this page and we will add them.

I think I saw Tom Arnold at the RBNY - LA game over in NY this past year so you can add him.
Before becoming an owner of Seattle, I believe Drew Carey was a Galaxy supporter. He was at the game against Chelsea.
Drew Carey is still a Galaxy fan and season ticket holder. He bought into Seattle because AEG would never implement the things he's down in Seattle.
Carey isnt a fan of Seattle...he owns the team.
I've talked to him during at least three Galaxy games.
Any shots of Drew Carey at Galaxy matches?
Au contraire.
Wearing the shirt or scarf or colors of a club specifically while at a match of said club shows some level of interest in said club.
Still looking for pictures of Tom Arnold and Drew Carey at NY and LA games....
Mark Cuban, T.O. - FCD
Meg and Dia (the band) for Real Salt Lake. No pics of them in gear or at a game, but I have seen them at a match and they did write the anthem for RSL. Look it up on their wikipedia page.
To anonymous who said, "some of these are more than a stretch...the site's good, but you guys need to be at least A LITTLE reputable...this is just making stuff up."
Some of these may be a stretch. The celebrities may or may not be fans of the teams they "appear" to be supporting. You are correct. Where you are not correct, is in your statement that MLSR needs to be "A LITTLE reputable". What do you think MLSR is? National Geographic? They are a rumor site. They publish RUMORS! Reputable has nothing to do with it. If there is a chance that something might happen or a chance that something exists, such as celebrity fans, they are doing their job by reporting said rumors. It's always nice to have some credibility behind rumors, and MLSR does strive to do so, but at the very least, these are still rumors.
Kudos to MLSR and the great job they are doing.
Tom Arnold*
Jennifer Love Hewitt
Drew Carey
Rivers Cuomo
Bianca Kajlich
David Spade
Donald Logue
Allen Hopkins :)
*If you look up the highlights of the game, you can see him celebrating during one of Galaxy's goals.
Eric Clapton has been seen at Crew Stadium. His wife is from Columbus. Also, Kevin Garnett and Kate Holmes were seen at the Galaxy V. Chelsea game last July.
Oh duh!! Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise - LAG
re: Bonds.
Bonds reportedly has a close relationship with Will Chang, a minority owner in both the Giants and DC United, who is the common thread in a few other SFG/DCU ties. I have trouble seeing Barry sit through a complete 45, though.
This post definitely deserves an OMG tag.
If you care that much about what celebrities follow a team, you're really have to wonder whether you're interested in the sport or just star effing.
As a United fan, I am disgraced to be associated with Barry Bonds. Why couldn't he pick the Crew or someone?
Jim Belushi Supports the Fire
Thanks.
Saving Jane are a group of Crew supporters. They played the first concert at the new stage this year in crew kit and are originally from Columbus Ohio.
And thanks to you anonymous we added a pic of Saving Jane at that game.
I noticed there's no Toronto FC section. I've seen some celebs at games, so here they are.
Vernon Wells of the Toronto Blue Jays - http://blogs.sun.com/MickM/resource/ok-just-this-once-then.jpg
Band, Barenaked Ladies - http://cache.viewimages.com/xc/75976366.jpg?v=1&c=ViewImages&k=2&d=17A4AD9FDB9CF19328A71BF6FE301F7DF20BB5B913D713AC284831B75F48EF45
Plus,
Tomas Kaberle and Pavel Kubina of the Toronto Maple Leafs went some games last season, however, I don't have pics for that.
Thanks for the Canadian Content! We're always looking for more so if you come across it, send it along.
I have doubts as to whether getting your picture taken with someone in a team's gear makes you a fan. All this proves is the person standing next to the celebrity in question (Jayde Nicole, for example) is a fan.
Chris Bosh is a fan of TFC as well. He was at the game last season. In fact, fans were cheering "M.V.P" and "Let's Go Raptors" when they saw Chris Bosh at the game.
I think Jose Calderon is another fan as well. He was at RBNY-TFC game last week I believe.
Gordon Ramsay was on a show called (The hour) and he was asked if he prefers Toronto FC or Man Utd? He said Toronto FC. Not sure if this makes him a fan of TFC or not though.
Eric Clapton is married to a Columbus native & is a Crew season ticket holder.
