4. From what we understand Emerald City Seattle Football Club is the official name and "Greens" will be the nickname given that Adidas has worked on their green and blue kit.

8. Greens is supposed to be the official "unofficial" nickname.

10. I guess if they constantly refer to themselves as 'the Greens' on their website and such, (a la 'the Hoops,' etc.) it could stick without being in the official name.

    Near as I can tell, ain't nothing wrong with Emerald City FC except for Seattle;s iconic and historic team names being lost.
    
    Sounders would've been a sap to the few old-timers still around but the fact id a new team requires a new name.

24. I dunno. I would be fine with just Emerald City FC, or Seattle FC. Emerald City Seattle FC sounds kinda redundant to me.
