According to this report on the CONCACAF website, the qualification process for the new CONCACAF Champion's League will be announced next Monday presumably along with it's logo.

CONCACAF will hold a press conference next Monday, 28 January at the InterContinental West Miami at 11:00 am ET.

The press conference will focus on commencement of the Qualification Round for the FIFA World Cup ™ South Africa 2010, details of the Champions’ Cup 2008 and a thorough outline of the 2008-09 CONCACAF Champions League, which begins in August.
